Welcome. This is going to be my new blog page about my Adventures in Crossfitting. Here you can follow along in my quest for a healthier me. Yeah, I know, you may be thinking, "What does she mean? She's a runner, active, small petite thing." Well, I'm here to tell you that I am far from healthy. Yeah, I run. But I eat like a pig, I don't eat right at all. I have constant belly pain, reflux, ulcers, allergies, fatigue, insomnia, mood swings, anxiety, body aches... the list goes on. I have unhealthy eating habits. Some may consider my diet ok, but after learning so much from my coaches at Crossfit, I see now that I'm not so healthy. So follow along if you want. I may NOT spare all the gory details, so beware. It could get ugly!
